Planting Tomorrow
A partnership to regenerate Brazil’s biomes
Tab & Anauá
Serving a Forest with Every Bite.
A partnership to regenerate Brazil’s biomes, one meal at a time.
THE CORE BELIEF
Brazil is in our roots—literally. From the cassava in our tapioca sandwiches to the real açaí in our bowls, our menu relies on the richness of Brazil’s land. We believe we have a duty to protect it. We aren't just donors; we are Guardians of the Forest. Through our sustaining partnership with Viveiro Florestal Anauá, we are turning your lunch into biological infrastructure for the Amazon, Atlantic Forest, and Brazilian Cerrado.

How It Works

You Eat
You enjoy your favorite gluten-free Brazilian superfoods at TAP in NYC and Miami.

We plant
Tap's monthly support goes directly to cultivating and planting native species and supporting Anauá.

Brazil Throws
Forests regenerate, biodiversity returns, and communities thrive.
Meet The Guardians
Real Roots, Real Impact.
We partnered with Viveiro Florestal Anauá, one of Brazil’s most awarded and respected nurseries. They don’t just plant trees; they restore ecosystems.

The Three Giantes
This project touches three critical biomes: The Amazon, the Atlantic Forest, and the Brazilian Cerrado.

More Than Just Trees
We are planting native species like cacao, cupuaçu, and yes—açaí palms!

People Power
This initiative creates jobs, training opportunities, and empowers women & men, as well as rural youth,
in Brazil.

The "Guardian" Dashboard
Transparency is our main ingredient.
We receive detailed impact reports from Anauá, and we share them directly with you.
